SUMMARY: The developer has installed approximately 500 feet of low-pressure sewer and constructed a stormwater pond, both of which have been inspected and approved by City Staff. However, there is a valve that must be moved. The valve should be moved before the meeting. Staff will report on the status of the valve. They are now requesting approval of the final plat for Phase I, which consists of 11 lots fronting Dayton Avenue. Lot 2 of this plat is slotted for future development, but since it is less than 5 acres, it had to be considered a lot.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the plat, subject to the sewer valve being moved.
