SUMMARY: Chase Mullen is working toward achieving Eagle Scout. He is proposing to identify graves of veterans in the City Cemetery, add a PVC flag holder in the ground at these sites, and enter the information into a database to be utilized by the City for historical purposes. The City Clerk is requesting approval of this project for Chase Mullen.
