SUMMARY: Approval of change order #2 with Portland Utilities Construction Company has been requested for the I&I Project. This change order decreases the price of the contract by $4,900.28 and increase the length of the contract by 70 days due to high flows in the sewer lines. Staff recommends approval of this change order.
