SUMMARY: The owner of Highland Construction is proposing a 120-foot x 60-foot (7,200 square foot) storage building on their property along Highway 70 East. They are proposing a new driveway connection to Highway 70 East (a State Highway) as well as new water and sewer connections. The proposed driveway is not shown on the site plan and will require a TDOT driveway permit. The proposed connection to City water and sewer are also not shown on the site plan and will be subject to Engineering / Utility department review and approval.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent on TDOT driveway approval and Engineering/Utility Department approval for water and sewer connection.
