SUMMARY: Plan of Service is being presented to the Planning Commission for recommendation of approval by the City Council.
The Plan of Service does include the extension of a 2-inch low pressure sewer line by 500 feet and does include approximately 380 feet of Canary Drive. The cost of the low-pressure sewer line, materials is the responsibility of the property owner and must be paid within 12 months of annexation. That cost is: $1,485.19.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the Plan of Services
