SUMMARY:
The City of Crossville is looking to acquire the amphitheater property from the County. Part of the amphitheater facilities is located on a portion of property owned by Randy Boston. A plat is required to subdivide Mr. Boston's property and join it with rest of the amphitheater property.
The City is also requesting a variance for zero building setbacks and utility/drainage easements. The zero setbacks will allow for the construction of a public restroom facility that would be ADA compliant to the street sidewalk.
The City is also requesting a variance for a waiver of the plat review fee, which would be in the amount of $50.00.
Staff recommends the approval of the plat along with both variance requests.
