Ordinance amending the FY11/12 Water & Sewer Depreciation Budget for depreciation

SUMMARY:  A budget amendment is necessary for depreciation in the Water & Sewer fund due to the depreciation computed on the WWTP upgrades.  The WWTP upgrade was completed prior to 06/30/12.  The depreciation computed made actual depreciation over budgeted by $98,000.00.
