SUMMARY:

A public hearing is required after a property has been annexed for approximately six months to review the progress in fulfilling the services outlined in the plan of services.  The following annexations have been completed and all services have been provided or as requested by the property owner/developer:

                     Hwy. 70E & Miller Ave (13.91 acres)

                     Woodlawn Road (24.85 acres)

                     McKinley Lane (0.33 acres)

                     83 Grandview Drive (0.34 acres)

                     4341 Hwy. 127S (1.18 acres)
