SUMMARY:  The contract with the State of Tennessee for Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $500,000 for the UV Disinfection System at the wastewater treatment plant has been received.  This project is funded in the upcoming budget.

Recommended Action

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION:  Approve the Mayor to execute the contract for CDBG funds.
