SUMMARY: On April 18, 2023, three bids were received for City Hall’s roof replacement. Porter Roofing bid in the amount of $170,108.00. Genesis Roofing bid in the amount of $182,500.00. Turner Roofing bid in the amount of $194,000.00. Staff recommends awarding the bid to the low bidder Porter Roofing. A budget amendment is necessary.
