o Curtis Olson Division, a lot line adjusting, as presented to the Planning Commission at a special call meeting on May 26th has been recorded as PL12p246 on 5/28/2020.
• Other
o The intern staff had has completed his internship and did complete a large portion of updating the City’s Land Use and Transportation plan. Staff will continue to work on the plan and when it nears completion, the plan will be presented to the Planning Commission for its opinion and review. Also, staff contacted the representative with TDOT who is working on the Federal Highways review and approval for road classifications. We have still not heard anything back from them. We are sure it has a lot to do with all the state and federal employees that were furloughed or having to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. As soon as we hear back on the acceptance of the City’s recommendations to the Federal Highways, we will begin updating our Major Thoroughfare plan and bringing it to the Planning commission for opinions and review.
