Tier 1 Ortho and Urgent Care - Site Plan

SUMMARY: Tier 1 orthopedics is proposing a new office/medical facility along Miller Ave (Milo Lemert section) between Highway 127 South and Highway 70 East. The proposed facility is approximately 11,000 square feet. A new driveway connection is proposed to Miller Avenue. Water and sewer connections are proposed as well.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan, contingent upon required TDOT driveway permit and any required storm water permits. Also of note, there is water available to the site. The existing water line is across Miller Ave. There are a couple different options to get water to the site. City Staff will determine the best way to provide service.
