SUMMARY: The City Council approved an offer in 2020 in the amount of $210,000 for ±21.8 usable acres for a total acreage of ±25.0 acres on Wyatt Court. The property is shown on the attached map “Smith Map” shown in green. The transaction to sell the property never occurred. Bryan Srock is interested in purchasing 4.94 acres of the property and offered $10,500/acre.
