SUMMARY:
Charter Communications has leased property at 215 Webb Ave., which is adjacent to the water tank by Genesis Road, since 2002. The original lease agreement allows one additional two-year extension. A request has been received to extend the lease for the final two-year term to August 6, 2014. This is the location of their satellite equipment. The lease amount has been updated as required in the original contract.
