Ordinance amending §11-402(A)(8) of the Crossville Municipal Code regarding anti-noise regulations

SUMMARY:

Recently some complaints have been received about building construction beginning prior to 7:00 a.m.  In reviewing the ordinance, Codes Enforcement recommended that the inconsistency in one section that refers only to week days be removed.  The recommended ordinance removes the words "on week days".

In order to properly read the section being changed, this subsection comes under Subsection A which reads:  "The following acts, among others, are declared to be loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises in violation of this section, but this enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive, namely: "
