SUMMARY:
Councilman Souza will lead a discussion based on the following statement: While some workshops have been recorded, others have not. There has been a request of recordings turned off at the meetings. There was a recent attempt to have a workshop meeting not open to the public. It is paramount that all meetings be public and recorded.
