Sale of Wyatt Court Property

SUMMARY: The City has received two verbal requests to purchase the remainder of the Wyatt Court property which is shown on the attached map.
Staff recommends that approval be granted to advertise the sale of a portion of the property Tax map 87 Parcel 82.00 per usable acreage with the stream buffer (shown in blue) as the unusable acreage.
The City would retain a portion of the property along the Obed River which is currently be utilized for hiking trails. The actual sale of any portion of this property would require future approval of the City Council.
