SUMMARY:

A request has been received for temporary street closings for the August 4^th Friday at the Crossroads.   They request the following to be closed at 3:45 p.m. (with 2^nd Street being the last to be closed) and re-opened at 8:15 p.m.:

•                     Main St. from Hwy. 70 to Neecham St.

•                     4^th St. from Thurman St. to West Ave.

•                     2^nd St. from Main St. to West Ave.

•                     1^st St. from West Ave. to Webb Ave.

•                     Stanley St. from Main St. to Webb Ave.

•                     5^th St. from Main St. to West Ave.

The City Manager recommends that pre-existing annual festivals be grandfathered from the new Temporary Street Closing policy.
