Discussion regarding awarding of the RFP for the asset management plan

SUMMARY: The City advertised for proposal for the development of the City’s Asset Management Plan for water and sewer infrastructure and received eleven proposals. City Staff graded the proposals recommends the City accept the proposal from Ardurra and enter in to negotiations for a contract.
The contract will be brought back to Council at the October meeting for final approval.
