Matters relative to Meadow Park Lake dam bridges and handrails

SUMMARY: Grant monies have been left over from the rehab project and are enough to cover the bridges and handrails that were originally taken out of the project. Other small incidental may be included in the project such as new drain valve, new drain flapper head wall, fencing and concrete ramp for handicap access. The project will be bid with all items and if the bid is higher than the available grant money, items will be removed so that no City money is needed. Money is also available in the Engineering contract and will be shifted to a new task.
Recommended Action
NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve the project.
