SUMMARY:
It is recommended that the bid submitted by Rogers Group be accepted for cold milling of asphalt. Rogers Group was the second lowest bid received. Highways, Inc. submitted the lowest bid for milling, but stipulates they will only mill a roadway in the City of Crossville if the utilities are lowered.
