David Rutherford has accepted the position of City Manager under the terms approved by City Council.  His starting date will be September 16.  A document has been prepared by the City Attorney to formally outline the agreement.  It is being reviewed by Mr. Rutherford.  A copy will be provided prior to the meeting.
