SUMMARY: A request for fee waivers has been received from two potential businesses to develop the property located at 2854 North Main Street. The developers have requested one ¾” water tap ($750), one 1 ½” water tap ($2000), one additional sewer tap ($1,250), stormwater and plat review ($150), building inspection fee ($2,100-$2,700), and future water and sewer tap fees up to $4,000.
