Approval to submit FastTrack Infrastructure Development application

SUMMARY:
A local company is working on a considerable expansion of their facilities in Crossville. Because the property is owned by the Industrial Development Board and leased to the company, the infrastructure improvements are eligible for FastTrack funding through the State of Tennessee. Authorization is requested for submittal of an application for funding as soon as all the information is available. A copy of the application will be provided to the Council prior to its submittal. If funding is approved, any contract will come back to the Council for approval.
