o                     Annexation Update for Palmetto Drive: Mr. Robbins was able to contact several of the property owners near his property on Palmetto Drive. Two of the ones he contacted were interested in being annexed. Several more were not. He was not able to contact quite a few others. City staff decided to send a letter to all the property owners along Palmetto Drive to see if they were interested in being annexed. They have until Dec. 31st to respond. Staff anticipates bringing the annexation request back to the Planning Commission at their regularly scheduled January 2025 meeting. Mr. Robbins was informed of the plan and said he was pleased with its progress moving forward.
