Approval of Interlocal Agreement for CoLinx Expansion

SUMMARY:
City Attorney Kenneth Chadwell, County Attorney Randall Boston, County Mayor Kenneth Carey, and City Clerk Sally Oglesby recommend that the attached interlocal agreement be approved. The agreement formalizes the actions previously taken between the City and County to facilitate a FastTrack grant for CoLinx.
As an update, the grant has been approved by the state and the final documents are being prepared. It is expected that the project will be ready to bid by the end of the month.
