SUMMARY: Chuckles had previously constructed a pavilion over a concrete pad located to the north of what was previously their go-cart track. They are currently planning to enclose the pavilion and add a 12 foot x 40 foot addition to it. The proposed use will be an indoor playground area. There is no request for any new utility connections or driveways.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan.
