SUMMARY:
Proposed covenants for the Waterview lots have been prepared by the City Attorney for review and approval by Council prior to the auctioning of the two lots.
Additionally, Councilman Kerley asked for a review of other lots owned by the City at the end of Holiday Drive. One lot is the location of a sewer pump station and would not be available for sale. The remaining lot has a sewer line cutting through the lot that could hamper its use.
