Discussion and action regarding use of contingency funds

SUMMARY: Two items were discussed at the previous week’s meeting regarding the use of contingency funds for the YMCA. Board members requested additional information on both before approving the use of contingency funds for the two items. One was for a switch for a generator and the other is for data cabling. Approval or denial for the use of the contingency funds for these items has been requested by the contractor.
Kevin Chamberlin with Upland Design Group will also discuss setting up the use of permanent electrical services with VEC and the use of contingency funds for this.
