Ordinance amending §12-1102(c) of the Crossville Municipal Code regarding administrative hearings

SUMMARY:

With the additional staff in the Codes Enforcement Department, more properties are being cited before the Administrative Hearing Officer for code violations.  The current ordinance calls for hearings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.  The City Attorney recommends changing this to every Tuesday.
