SUMMARY:
Mayor Pro-Tem Harris would like an update on progress for a clean-up/beautification day and has requested some information from the City Manager. She has talked to a few folks that might be willing to help support the effort, i.e. OWCA, possibly a Boy Scout Troop, and possibly a church group.
