Approval of contract with ECE Services for SRF waterlines in the Brookhaven and Highland Lane areas

SUMMARY:

As approved at the August 12^th meeting, the City Manager has negotiated a contract with ECE Services for the waterline projects in the Brookhaven and Highland Lane areas.  The contract includes an update of the existing Facilities Plan and engineering services from Design through Construction, including 40 hours of inspection at a cost of $45,500.  The project will be funded through a $238,707 SRF loan, $102,303 grant, and fund balance.

BUDGET ACCOUNT:  Budget Amendment required.
