SUMMARY:
The terms of the members of the Catoosa Utility Department Advisory Board expired on October 1, 2015. The original agreement with Catoosa expired on September 30, 2015. Since the Council has taken no action on the agreement, the members of the Advisory Board are now on a month to month appointment. Council can go ahead and make a new appointment or appoint them to continue to serve a new term (postdated). Our contract is now just pending month to month or until the Council takes the appropriate steps to have a consolidated board.
