STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends the release of the financial guarantees for the required improvements, rock shoulders and cul-de-sac width and for the recommendation of the acceptance of Sky View Meadow Drive as an official City Street be sent to the City Council, with a speed limit of 15 mph.
