SUMMARY: City Council previously approved submitting a letter of intent for a grant to fund the downtown street lights through Tennessee Department of Transportation Multimodal Access grant program. The Letter of Intent was accepted and the City was invited to submit a full application. Approval of the attached resolution is requested for the grant application.
