Discussion regarding potential Criterium race in downtown area of Crossville

SUMMARY: Andrew Ingram is seeking feedback from the City Council about hosting a Criterium race, which is a race in which bicycle riders complete as many laps as possible inside the time limit with the main rule being that if they are lapped by the leader, they will be pulled from the race by the race officials. This would require a street closure for an entire day. They are proposing for the race to be held on April 4, 2020. His request with more details is attached.
