Discussion regarding sale of property on Wyatt Court

SUMMARY: Bryan Srock has submitted an offer to purchase 2.88 acres of City owned property located off of Wyatt Ct. for $12,000. This property is part of a larger parcel of land (TMP 087 082.00). This would require a survey and the property to be combined with the previous parcel he purchased. Mr. Srock stated in his request he is willing to grant a permanent easement to the City of Crossville for ingress and egress across the property since a walking trail and parking area are located off of Wyatt Ct. The requestor would be responsible for any costs related to surveying and closing costs.
