SUMMARY: Habitat for Humanity is proposing a revision to their Phase II plat. The original plat included a temporary cul-de-sac. They have decided to finish the cul-de-sac and dedicate the required ROW. This does require a minor change to the lots that are adjacent to the cul-de-sac. The cul-de-sac has been constructed and inspected by the city. In finishing out the cul-de-sac, the financial guarantee, in the form of a letter of credit, is no longer needed. The amount of the letter of credit is $17,714.40.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the plat and the release of the letter of credit.
