SUMMARY:
The Satsuma abutment project has been completed and the costs tabulated. The attached spreadsheet indicates the abutment to be charged to each property. It also shows the amount of each installment, depending on the Council's decision about repayment. Past abutment projects were paid over 5 years, but there were earlier discussions about allowing these charges to be spread over a longer period due to the circumstances that required this project.
