Approval to apply for a Community Development Block Grant

SUMMARY: Staff is requesting to apply for a Community Development Block Grant - Recovery Housing Program. This grant does not require a match and the City of Crossville will be a conduit for the monies received. This grant is only for City and County governments to apply for. The local governments selected will work with outside agencies to assist in the purchase of transitional housing.
