SUMMARY: The City of Crossville is an operator of a Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) which is authorized to discharge stormwater runoff into waters of the State of Tennessee under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Number TNS000000. To adhere to rules under permit TNS000000, the City of Crossville must update its Stormwater Ordinance to current permit requirements and adopt an Enforcement Response Plan.
