SUMMARY:  The Palace Theater is leaking in several locations. It’s been determined that the majority, if not all of the leaks are from the mortar joints in the masonry walls.

The estimated cost of the construction is $50,000. A budget amendment is recommended in the amount of $65,000 which will include minor roof repairs and engineering.
