Discussion regarding approval of lease with Young Marines

SUMMARY: Boy Scout Troop 174 previously leased a building at Meadow Park Lake. The Troop has been inactive and dissolved for several years. The lease was recently terminated since the building had been abandoned for more than 1 year. The Young Marines have requested to lease the building so they are able to hold their meetings, trainings, and store items. Approval of this 2-year lease with the option to renew is recommended by Staff.
