SUMMARY:

A request has been received from Eldridge Properties for the annexation of their property on the corner of Lantana Road and Dunbar Road.  They do not have plans for the use of this property at this time, but would like it annexed into the city for future use and access to the sewer.  They understand that they will be responsible for the cost to run the sewer to their property at such time that it becomes necessary.
