Approval of TDOT Contract for license agreement regarding Main Street sidewalks

SUMMARY: TDOT requires a license agreement for usage of their property; therefore, they have requested approval of the attached license agreement. This is for the downtown sidewalk project along Main street to replace and, subsequently, maintain sidewalks to make them ADA compliant. The license is for a 25-year period.
