SUMMARY:
This resolution outlining the project costs and scope of project and setting the public hearing for the October meeting needs to be adopted. Following adoption, it will be published in the newspaper and mailed to all affected property owners. If Council proceeds with the project, this resolution can be revised, if Council so wishes.
