Matters relative to On-Line Payments

The City was approached by nCourt to use their company at accept on-line payments for utilities, etc. There are no charges to the city for any work, including setting up the system or no monthly fees. The city can get out of the arrangement at any time, at no charge, with a 30 day notice. The company will charge a fee to the user for the service. The city will receive the money on the following day along with all pertinent information.
