SUMMARY: On November 12, 2019, the Crossville City Council approved the Three Star grant contract on behalf of the JECDB. The State of Tennessee is extending the contract through April 22, 2021. It is a 100% grant for a two-cycle granting period to create a comprehensive, regional marketing plan and branding for the community.
