SUMMARY:  The low bid was accepted from J & H Construction of Cookeville, TN for sewer rehabilitation by City Council on May 9, 2017.  During the pre-construction meeting, there were some issues discovered regarding the amount of lines that are slip-lined.  The City Attorney will update the Council on this project.
