SUMMARY:

Liberty Baptist Church is located on the corner of Hwy. 127N and Tabor Loop.  They have requested to connect to the City sewer system.  The agreement with the Board of Education gives the City the right to make additional connections.  If approved by City Council, they would pay the outside-City tap fee of $2,000 plus any additional permit costs that might be charged by TDOT.
